I am 'damola olofinlua

Writer, Editor, Publicist & Marketing Communications Strategist

I have over a decade experience in news reportage, content writing, ghostwriting, publication, public relations (PR), editing, media relations, academic writing, social listening, and events management.

I have edited some of the best books—fiction and non-fiction—by Nigerian and non-Nigerian authors across the world.

You can find some of my writing on QZ, Bella Naija, YNaija, BusinessDay, ThisDay, Next, among others. Read my blog.

I have also worked in diverse capacities with leading organisations and brands in Nigeria and abroad, including the prestigious School of Media and Communication (SMC) of the Pan-Atlantic University Lagos.

In 2015, while at SMC as Research Assistant to Dr. Richard Ikiebe, he produced a critical publication, Nigerian Media Leaders: Voice beyond the Newsroom [Volumes 1 &2], a book that comprehensively chronicles the Nigerian media from the independence till 2010. The publications featured interviews with about 100 foremost Nigerian journalists in print, electronic and online.
